The second quarter of 2010, Aleesha has established herself as a top female bodybuilder. In 1984, Aleesha was born into an athletic family. Her father participated in bodybuilding alongside her sisters and brothers. were involved in sports such as hockey. Aleesha played soccer, softball as well as basketball until she began bodybuilding when she was fifteen. Aleesha received her professional certificate after she won her first championship at NPC USA Championships 2014 Her first competition was in 2008. In 2014 she also competed at the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro and finished 9th. In 2015, she placed 9th. Aleesha placed 6th at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships in the year 2015 and 2016. The first time she competed professionally was her participation in the Chicago Pro Championships in 2019. Her performance had been steadily improving and won after winning her Chicago Pro Championships. Aleesha's greatest performance came at WOS rising Phoenix in 2020. Fourth place was her best place. The "World's Most Strongest Mom" has been taking a wellness break.
